Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of SnuffRing.com, which is operated by SnuffRing, Inc. (“SnuffRing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
The website is intended for adults age 21 and older. By using it, you represent that you meet that age requirement and may lawfully view this content where you are located.
Development-Stage Information
SnuffRing is a patent-pending product concept in development. Website content, renderings, diagrams, prototypes, descriptions, specifications, features, materials, compatibility, performance, timing, availability, and pricing are preliminary and may change. Images may be concept visualizations and may not depict a final manufactured product.
Nothing on the website is a promise that a product will be manufactured, offered for sale, or available by a particular date.
Lawful Adult Use and Safety
Any future SnuffRing product is intended only for lawful adult use. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for using any product only as directed. Hot components, ash, and combustible materials can cause burns, fire, or property damage. Website content is not a substitute for product instructions, warnings, common sense, or compliance with applicable law.
Do not use site content to engage in unlawful activity or to encourage use by minors.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to a different mandatory forum under applicable law will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Missouri, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms as the website and business develop. The effective date at the top identifies the latest revision. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
